If you play as the Chauffeur, Enforcer, or the Assassin it is possible to kill civilians, since they are not in honored bound to ".not fuck anyone who didn't already have it coming to 'em". It is however still possible to kill the police. In the event of running a civilian down with a car, the civilian will just get back up unharmed, or might start running away.
In the attempt of shooting an innocent person Tony will utter words such as "I only kill people who are dumb enough to fuck me", and no rounds will be fired. Unlike the GTA games, it is not possible to kill innocent civilians as Tony (despite this game being even more violent than GTA when it comes to battles). Also, there are hidden "Sperm Banks" in the game, these look just like the "blood banks" (which are used to refill health) however, the player can sell his sperm from his balls meter for cash, the amount of cash the player receives depends on Reputation Level. Not only can he use any type of gun but also use melee weapons, in addition, the balls meter can also be refilled through other means, such as hitting another car while driving and immediately taunting them, or talking in conversations with citizens and NPCs. While in this mode, Tony is impervious to attack, has unlimited ammo, and every kill gives him 200 health. This balls meter, when full, will allow you to go into Blind Rage mode, where the game temporarily shifts to a "first-person shooter" perspective. The game features a Balls Meter that can be activated by shooting certain spots on the enemy's body (example: head, right shoulder, groin), after Tony kills somebody he can taunt them to increase his balls meter.

In the year of 1984 in Miami, Florida, months after the last events of the movie Tony starts go after his enemies and tries to rebuild his empire. Tony escapes, barely alive, and a surviving assassin informs Sosa that Tony's empire is destroyed over a phone call. Tony fights his way around the mansion, witnessing his tiger eat Jose, and is almost killed but the police and S.W.A.T who arrive and wipe out the remaining assassins. Tony then fights his way through the underground to his pool to escape to his awaiting car, the Ambassador, but the exit is blown up by a bazooka. Tony then fights his way through his mansion, where several of his henchmen are gunned down and explosions rock around the mansion made by Antonio. Instead of dying, Tony kills the assassin that killed him in the movie, the Skull. The game begins with the movie's final scene in 1983 The Bolivian Cartel raiding Tony's Mansion.

Scarface for the PC brings everything that is foul, fun, and compelling about the movie (except Michelle Pfeiffer strung out on Quaaludes.) to the PC platform. There's even a tiger, because, really, what is a narco-kingpin without a pet tiger? And after accumulating his fortune, you can have Tony purchase exotic junk just like Tony from the movie. The characters from the movie show up in camera. The radio stations are filled with authentic 80's music. With more balls, you can more easily intimidate gang members and rebuild your empire.īut the thing that I liked best about the game was the extraordinary attention to detail. Thankfully, there is no graphical representation, just a simple point scale. In fact, every time you kill someone, intimidate a hooker, or exhibit a little bit of road rage, your balls increase. The second thing going for Scarface is that is has balls. At first, this is really funny, but after an hour of Deadwood-like dialog, the base epithet-hurling started to grate on my nerves. Tony can't so much as for call for his car without an expletive. In the course of gameplay, Tony uses every swear word in English and a few in Spanish, including a few that I thought Samuel L. I have played a lot of M-rated video games and I have never heard cursing like this. First, this game has Tony, and that means cursing. There are a few things that set this game apart from the rest of the GTA-wannabees. Not to worry though, there are plenty of gang members crawling about and you can blow them away with impunity. Tony also can't harm civilians, so you won't be able to just rampage around town. You have to keep the violence on the down low-just a bit-to keep the cops from busting you and taking all of your cash. You can try to run and gun your way through the game, but you won't get far.
